About the Company

"Your visit to Peru is important to us. We believe every visitor deserves the extra attention and planning detail of a once-in-a-lifetime adventure."

-Randy Cloward

What makes us successful:

Flexibility

We know that as is always true in life and travel, things change. We understand that you might want to modify your plans to accommodate events or sites that spark a sudden interest. Or you may want to change the pace because of physical limitations or to squeeze more into your time budget. We will work with you where possible to facilitate last minute changes.

Accommodations

There is nothing worse than a poor night’s sleep to spoil a vacation. We are constantly evaluating and negotiating to be sure that you get the best value in service and comfort. We handpick your hotel or homestay to ensure that you feel at home after a long day.

Guides

A knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide can enhance your experience. We hand pick our guides based on their experience, knowledge, language skills and communication style. Through the planning process, we match the right guide to your personality and expectations.

Transportation

The ground distances can be long and winding in this mountainous country. A secure and comfortable ride is an important component of your travel experience. We work with only the best drivers and ensure that they are properly licensed and bonded.

Service

We do our very best to go above and beyond to make sure your adventure is a success.

Staff in-country

Other companies help plan your itinerary but then leave you to fend for yourself when you arrive in Peru. Our team is located in-country and will be there to take care of you from the moment you land to the moment you leave.

Affordability

Our prices are affordable. We have spent years developing relationships with hotels, guides, and other services in-country so we can get the best rates for you.

History of the Company

Randy Cloward started his travel company back in 2013. He started the business from scratch while living in Cusco full-time. The company grew quickly due to his charisma and his personal care for each client. All of his business was from word-of-mouth.

In late 2018 Randy passed away unexpectedly. His business partner and long-time friend Itala wanted to keep the business going and carry on Randy's legacy. Garrett, Randy's nephew, left his career to partner with Itala and keep this amazing dream alive. Randy's Peru Adventures is the result and is dedicated to caring for each client as if they were family, just like Randy did.

Owner Operated

Garrett is Randy's nephew who lives part-time in Peru and knows the language. He has a deep love for the people, the culture, and having adventures. He is in charge of the U.S. side of the business but also helps in-country.

Itala is a Peruvian who prides herself on providing top-notch service. She is experienced in the travel industry and knows her country inside and out. She always goes out of her way to help out our clients. Itala lives and works in Cusco.

Both Itala and Garrett absolutely love what they do.
